"Super easy to order!"
Placing my order was really simple, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The website was easy to use, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. Really happy with the experience!

"Customer service was, like, just okay"
They did help me out in the end, so that was good, but it was kind of slow and, you know, not the smoothest experience. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just sort of okay overall.

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I had a feeling these would be good, and so far they’ve basically confirmed that. The cards showed up in solid shape, worked every time I used them, and I haven’t run into any problems at all. No complaints from me.

"Helpful support, but it took a bit"
I had to reach out to idwholesaler.com because we were having trouble getting our badge printer set up. Once I got connected with the right support person, he definitely seemed to know what he was doing and got the issue fixed, so for some reason I wasn’t as frustrated as I probably could’ve been.
The only downside was that it took a while to get to the right person, and I ended up having to explain the same problem twice. Overall, the help was solid once I got there, but the process could’ve been smoother.

"I just needed something simple that wouldn’t..."
I just needed something simple that wouldn’t cost a lot, and this ended up being fine for us. Nothing fancy, but it worked the way we needed it to, and for the price I really can’t complain.

"Fast shipping and an easy order"
I’m not always sure what to expect when ordering online, but this went really smoothly. My stuff shipped out quickly and actually arrived sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the package showed up in good shape. i can’t think of anything to complain about.
